Willow Hill Learning Center Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Features the opening of The Learning Center Pavilion which provides free high-speed Broadband access to students and community members in rural Portal, GA. This outdoor Pavilion creates a safe space during the current Covid 19 Pandemic and was made possible through the generous donations of the IMLS Cares Act Grant and the Nordson Corporation.
