Black History Moment: February 15 Riggs, Parrish, Donaldson, Love, Moriah, Hall, and Hodges Families
The Riggs, Parrish, Donaldson, Love, Moriah, Hall and Hodges Families would play seminal roles in the formation of African American education and churches in Bulloch County. The families create a school to educate African Americans that was known as the “Willie Hill” School or the Willow Hill School.
